  • Phazyme-125 mg Quick Dissolve Chewable Tablets (Glaxosmithkline)

    Description:    A great tasting, smooth cool mint chewable tablet containing simethicone, an antiflatulent to alleviate or relieve the symptoms referred to as gas. Uniquely formulated to dissolve quickly and completely in your mouth. It has no known side effects or drug interactions.

    Active Ingredient:    Each tablet contains simethicone 125 mg.

    Inactive Ingredients:    Aspartame, citricacid, colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, dextrates, maltodextrin, mannitol, peppermint flavor, pregelatinized starch, sodium bicarbonate, sorbitol, talc, tribasic calcium phosphate.

    Actions:    Simethicone minimizes gas formation and relieves gas entrapment in both the stomach and the lower G.I. tract. This action combats the distress due to gastrointestinal gas.

    Other Information:    Each tablet contains sodium 8 mg. Phenylketonurics: contains phenylalanine 0.4 mg per tablet.

    Indication:    Relieves pressure, bloating or fullness commonly referred to as gas.

    Warnings:    Keep this and all drugs out of the reach of children. If condition persists, consult your physician.

    Store at room temperature 59°-86°F (15°-30°C).

    Dosage:    Directions: Chew one or two tablets thoroughly, as needed after a meal]. Do not exceed four tablets per day except under the advice and supervision of a physician.

    How Supplied:    White, bevel-edged tablets imprinted with "Phazyme 125" in 18 count and 48 count bottles.
