Description:    Benefiber® is a 100% natural fiber, that can be mixed with almost anything. It's taste free, grit-free, and will never thicken. So it won't alter the taste or texture of foods or non-carbonated beverages. It can be used in coffee, pudding, soup, or whatever is desired. ^&

Ingredients:    Partially Hydrolyzed Guar Gum (A 100% natural fiber).

Guar Gum is derived from the seed of the cluster bean.

(u) 100% Natural Fiber-Sugar Free

Directions for use:    Stir 1 tablespoon (tbsp) of Benefiber into at least 4 oz. of any beverage or soft food (hot or cold). Use 8 oz. if using 2 tbsp. Stir until dissolved. ^&

Store at controlled room temperature 20-25°C (68-77°F). Protect from moisture.

Use within 6 months of opening.

Keep out of reach of children.
